such a small word to hold within its meaning so much.
And how ours will turn about
no one knows
Though hope to be more than just a background
you see to this world.
I hold you high for this place to see
and then crouch down low
i want you all to me.
My words can envelop your soft body
but the arms of another could do the same.
And i realize this reality
with tears travelling down my cheeks.
But your sweet, comforting voice reminds me not to worry, to wait and
see how it all falls into place.
Yet only a meager amount of worry is lifted from my thoughts.
All i can do at this very moment
is remind you of how very much i love you
and try so very hard to keep you happy
until one day that i hope does come
I can see the sweet smile
on your face
from my doing rather than calling my imagination.
