Someday, I want to look at the dawn
Atop a hill, with you by my side,
Looking out past the horizon, to
Find the realization of our
Combined dreams in the twilight real 'tween
The receding night and the charging
Day in mystic tones of scarlet and
Ever so regal violet, and then
Perhaps we stand, breathtaken, and then,
To our mutual surprise, we find
That we are actu'lly holding hands.
