who could have imagined it certainly not i
at the beginning the first step of the journey
could we have expected what loomed on the horizon
i doubt it
as much a surprise to me as to anyone
and im supposed to be the dreamer
and even i could not have dreamed this
or invented it in my subconscious
yet
yet it is real
so real
there
firmly implaced
still a shock
so much so fast
yet now
so essential
integral
inexorable
completing
and i expect that
that i shall be praying
for a while to come
that it will not
die
